SPECIAL-ONE is an uniforming skim coat for preparation of substrates for EVOCEM microcements cycles. Its innovative formula is designed to make it neutral and ideal for finishing cycles on any substrate.

HIGH ADHESION AND ELASTICITY
SPECIAL-ONE is a product with a very high content of polymer such as it can adhere on any substrate typical of renewal, as tiles, EPS, polyurethane and extruded polystyrene panels, as well as on classic mineral substrates. Besides, it is a product highly elastic such as to have a lowering in bending of approximately 3 mm.

BARRIER EFFECT
SPECIAL-ONE is a one-component smooth coat with barrier effect that makes perfectly impervious surfaces. It has a pronounced drop effect. At the same time, the product ensures to the finish to be applied a perfect bonding link without need to pass a primer.

QUICK DRYING AND COMMISSIONING
SPECIAL-ONE has a fast drying time enough to apply the finish coat within 12-24 hours, a key condition for a fast commissioning and opening of the places.
